So it’s been exactly 1 week since I got my car back from the shop ???? I had an electrical issue. (Wires) When I would press the start button to turn off my car, the engine wouldn’t shut off right away. It would take a few minutes. It would shake until it would force itself off… then my headlight would turn itself ON. (Yes, the lights were OFF) So b/c there was no other way for me to turn off, a button that was already off.. it would kill my battery… which would make me jump my car every other day when it wouldn’t turn off properly. Anyway… I had already made an appointment at a Ford dealership in San Leandro for an oil change.. then I included the issue above. I had my car there for a lil over a week, I spoke with him the weekend after drop off (monday), and the day of pick up (the next Monday). I couldn’t get a hold of him throughout the time my car was getting looked at.I called & spoke w/a few other ppl then I eventually spoke w/manager who told me he would get the guy assigned to

Got the job done in a timely fashion, has excellent customer service, and is fair with price over all mangale motors is a trustworthy place 10/10 service I will be going back with any of my mechanical needs also wouldn’t be concerned the slightest recommending friends and family they will be in good care!
