Terrible just terrible. Scheduled my vehicle for auto body repair by the insurance company. Took it in and immediately Kevin says he won’t do it. Thanks for considering the fact that this was scheduled and I had to take time out of my day to get to your shop only for you to deny service. Thanks for nothing. Terrible company. Terrible practice. Don’t even comment or respond CARSTAR. You’ve wasted my time. Bad service, lazy, and not considerate.
