This place was awesome! I had a terrible experience when I visited the one in San Leandro and I gotta say, Williams was great! I forgot the young womans name that helped me out too, she was great. All I needed was 4 tires & they were able to give me what I wanted. Service was great. I did have to call them to check to see if my car was ready for pick up but aside from that, they explained everything thoroughly. I will be telling my friends about this location & to avoid the other.
Williams was accommodating in turning what was originally 2 appointments on 2 separate days (which I needed to book because of 2 coupons that could not be combined) to 1 visit. All-in-all the 2 jobs of wheel alignment and tire rotation took less than 2 hours. This business went beyond professionalism and saved a customer his time, money, and stress.
