Very nice and professional crew. I got my oil change here. They were able to help me on the site and reasonable service charge. It's situated just right by a Japanese super market called Tokyo Central. So you can do your grocery shopping while waiting for them. Very positive experience with them.
From the time I emailed in, they were extremely helpful answering all my emails right away. They informed me on what all my general estimates would be depending on what was found with the Diagnostic. They performed the diagnostic and did not find a leak. Their honesty and integrity is going to make me a loyal customer from this point on. Great job Promise Auto!!!! Service: Air conditioning
