At first I was hesitant because I was afraid of being taken advantage of because I’m a woman and I don’t know anything about cars. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they were honest and told me the bare minimum of what I needed done to get my car back on the road. Never did they try to upsell me on anything. In fact, I asked if I should get the other recommended services done, and they told me “No, you really don’t need to do any of the other stuff on the diagnostic paper until way in the future.” The entire experience was so nice and smooth, and their customer service skills were top notch. I will definitely be using their services again, and I recommend Romita to everyone. I broke down on the I5 and had to get towed over to Fresno…just two days before a 4-day holiday weekend. Nezo & crew did my diagnostic right away, found the problem, ordered the part, and installed it good as new by 4pm Friday. I was able to pick up my car using the convenient 24/7 key pickup and got home in time to be back to work right after the holiday. Always amazing customer service, especially from Pedro. We only bring our car to this shop and can always trust it will be taken care of. They are very open and never try to over charge or fix unnecessary things. They keep the communication open and even the office is very welcoming. I definitely recommend.
