These guys have excellent customer service and also can get the work performed in a very timely manner we had service vehicle that had a transmission issue and they got it repaired in less than 1 week which really does a lot for us to get that vehicle back in the field and working. I have dealt with these people a few times and they always do superb work on transmission i mean they def dont disappoint that is why the shop i work for is willing to travel over an hr to have them do our rebuilt transmissions!!! The secretary in office is sweet and friendly too????
Car was there for a week just for a fluid change, called twice for update, they said they'd call back, found out my car was ready on day 4 but had to wait 2 extra days because no one called to say it was ready. The 3 stars are for the technicians, they do excellent work, hands down outstanding, but the office staff are ridiculous.
