I recently had the pleasure of having Rhino Mobile Mechanics service my car, and I must say that they far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They provided outstanding customer service from the moment I contacted them to make an appointment. They worked with my schedule to locate the ideal time for my service, and they were not only wonderfully polite but also incredibly accommodating.
Scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm to reseal my oil pan since its leaking. Time comes around and no one shows. Called and text but no one every got back to me. Time now is 5:15pm. Don’t recommend to do business here. No communication whatsoever. Should of taken it to the shop this morning instead. Learned my lesson
