Horrible experience with no customer service will never come here again. They splatter paint on the front of my bumper, accusing me of hitting paint on the road that’s same color of my van, the paint was still fresh with paint what the heck! How is that possible hitting paint the same color of your vehicle, that’s like hitting the super lotto. Talk to the Manager she new nothing about it and was covering it up! Fix auto of Fresno Body work is to be professional but can’t match the color of my rims when it comes to paint the color. This place sucks! I guarantee it! I see other customer reaction disappointed when they pick up their vehicle, as I waited. The adjuster don’t even come and great you and explain the detail of the vehicle they have done. ???????? This is the body shop recommended by our insurance, but they have been rock stars for us. Unfortunately, we are return customers with two teenage drivers in the house. They have been very professional and thorough, even offering to make adjustments to latches, etc when they don't seem quite right after receiving the vehicle back. They strive to offer great service to both the customer and the vehicle. Highly recommend.

I would never shared this car experience with anyone I know. Takes too long to fix the car. Car is not fix perfectly. Lack of doing their job correct. Too expensive. Car piece left in my trunk from my pervious door window. Glue from the door attachment already loosened.
