Cha Auto Repair

I normally don’t trust these auto repair shops…But I trust my car being left here at Cha Auto over night. I asked one of the workers there if any cars were left outside overnight. A worker said they try to store all of the cars inside the shop due to thieves damaging/ stealing cat converters. I drove by after hours and surprisingly the guy wasn’t lying about storing all the cars in the shop. A+ for that. Price is affordable. Cheaper than most places I’ve quoted from. I’ve been going to them for 6months now and will continue going to them. I trust their work. Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Very horrible business and dishonest. Took my car to check for the thing that keeps draining my car's battery only. They claim to NOT find anything draining it BUT still charged me diagnostic fee cuz they found other components in my car that are bad when i Specifically told them to only check on 1 thing. I even asked before hand if they found nothing draining it then they wouldn't charge me and they agreed. But After replacing my alternator (which was remanufactured and they never made it clear to me), they messed up somewhere and now my car has this loud annoying sound coming from the aera. Took it back to them and they are now claiming its another part of the car and not willing to resolve the issue that they created. Don't go here, they are scammers.

I have taken different cars here and they have always been reliable and quick to fix my vehicles. Good communication on explaining what wrong with car and recommendations for best performance for your car. Definately recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic shop.
