luis found me praying by the side of the highway. traveling and my debit had been turned off. i had my gas can out next to my ‘65. someone had just given me $12 and I walked over to the pump. this was the north end of town. from inside the store i saw someone pull up to the pump where I had left my can. i paused. i came out to identify my intention to use that station. instead i met Luis. i am nearly crying right now. luis asked me where I was going and how much I needed. luis filled my whole tank and then some and we communed in spirit. thank you Luis
