Raul is friendly & professional. Explained my service options clearly. My car was ready in the time they estimated. Quick to check me out and get on my way! I appreciate the efficiency being a mom with a crazy busy schedule. Will recommend to anyone who asks me about vehicle servicing.

I had the best experience with them and will be back soon to have battery replaced. I had my brake pads replaced. Both the front. My car is working very well now and the brakes feel a lot better. They are very reasonably priced and willing to work with you. Prices are not set in stone. Plus I had to split payment amongst two credit cards and they were willing to do that. It was half the price of Toyota. I was there at 4:45 with lots of cars there and they will take you on the spot and stay later if it means getting the work done. They are very personable and friendly. They work really hard. When I was there they needed a part for a car they didn't have and managed to find it and have someone go pick it up.

Bait & Switch? Fraud? Or simple incompetence? I'm not really sure what the answer is here but we brought our vehicle in for new tires that were still under warranty (10k miles left). We were told that we would get a 20% discount to cover the warranty. They got us in, new tires installed, checked us out and not only did we not receive the 20% discount, but they charged us more for the tires than what was listed on their website. When we brought this to their attention, they said they did not have the authority to undo the transaction and to speak with the manager the next day. We called the next day for a resolution and there has been zero communication from anyone from Evans Tire. It's been 5 days. Be careful with these folks.
