Fender Mender Collision Repair

My girlfriend and I, took her car in after her son was in an accident. The entire front left side fender, bumper, and partial drivers door were badly damaged. She was devastated, being a mother of three, and on a budget. The estimate was estimated to originally be much more than the final amount, once the car was finished. Do not be shocked by their original estimate. They just want to ensure the safety of the vehicle, and make sure there is no internal damage, that could down the road, become problematic, and expensive. We dealt with Robert, and throughout what began as an ordeal, we were assured that all options would be presented to us. Robert did a magnificent job, at not only explaining the process, and options that he could adjust to safely repair the vehicle. Of course, most have had a bad experience along the way, with someone being shifty, but there is no BS here. The vehicle was repaired, and painted, upon approval. My car ended up in better shape than before the accident. I can't say enough nice things about Fender Mender. Great people & customer service. They clearly love what they do and it shows. The paint match was perfect, bodywork etc is great. They left my car very clean inside & out. It almost makes me glad I got hit.
