Alamo Auto Care - Smog Check - Brake Service

I took my car to 2 different places for a smog test for DMV. The first stated he didn't have any time and the 2nd place, there was only 1 mechanic who was not present at the site for about 20min. When he did show up, he gave me a BS Story and seemed like he didn't want to work, asked me to leave the car when there was only 1 car in the shop. I found Alamo Auto Care. The mechanic here explained since my car only had 90k miles, the check engine light/Cadillac converter should still be good and perhaps there was an underlining issue causing the problem. So, after a Tune up some other minor work, I followed his instructions to drive the car for 3 days to make sure the check engine light don't return. When i returned, he hooked up the code reader, there was no code, I passed the smog check and he helped to resolve my ongoing car problems. Kudos and Thank you for a great job! They will rip you off i spent 1300$ to fix my check engine light and they did not fix anything i left with my check engine light still on and the guy tells me im sorry you have to go to another mechanic and pay more money cause i cant fix it. I hope this guy goes broke

He was very nice and I felt he was very trustworthy so I'm more than likely going to go back to him cuz I have an issue with my car
