Called triple A battery jump today and Paul was on it quickly. He was able to work around my schedule to get to me in a timely manner, I didn't have to wait more than 5-10mins. He was very professional, courteous and informative as he helped me out. Couldn't have asked for a smoother service.
NO STARS. Got the agency company through AAA and the company did not want to come out and tow the car. I have been waiting for a tow for about 5 hours now and their company is approximately 6 minutes away. Smh
