1 star for no waiting, 1 star for staff being overall polite Needed to change 2 front tires. After job done, the staff insisted that an alignment is needed, using the wear pattern (both edges wore more than middle) as evidence. Thanks to years of experience struggling with used car during my student years, I can tell the pattern is caused by under inflation rather than alignment. However I haven't done any alignment for a couple of years, so it doesn't hurt to do one, so I agreed and didn't confront the staff. After picking up the car, I checked the tire pressure and here is the result: front left 35 psi front right 38 psi rear left 30 psi rear right 30 psi You can tell 2 things from the above numbers: 1. As a tire & wheel shop, they didn't properly inflate the front tires, especially the front right tire 2. They didn't extend the curtesy to check the rear tire pressure Overall a disappointing experience. Probably won't bring my business back. Service: Tires

The first time I drove in, my VW Tiguan was running a fan long after I shut it off and it worried me. The lead mechanic explained that it was doing its job to cool the engine, and he said if there were no sensors on, there was nothing to fix. I was very impressed with this. The second time I drove in, I was worried about a cross-country trip and asked them to find whatever was going to break. They did, and they quickly fixed about 6 important things for a very reasonable price. There was one thing they did not want to fix because they said it would cost thousands of dollars more than the car was worth, and I should use that money to save for a new car instead. I can hardly describe how impressed I've been with this repair shop. The mechanics are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. Good experience for the past 5 years servicing our four cars (Chevrolet, Honda, Volkswagen, Hyundai) ranging from scheduled oil change to more complex mechanical issue. Sam and his teams are pretty good also at diagnostics (take them on a test drive to pin point that annoying rattle noise for example). Communication with Sam is good (phone & email) and their availability is usually same day or within three days. Although they are much better than average, estimates have been off a few times (but still very reasonable) and had to return a couple of times for what was an incomplete job. Overall highly recommended.
