I had my car rear-ended while parked in SF Japantown. I went to Pan American Collision Center, and they got me a new rear bumper with a new coat of paint. now it looks like new! In Addition the communication with the team was flawless and they took care of me all the time. Recommended 100%.
The estimate process and getting the vehicle submitted were quick and smooth. Overall service outcome is good, except for one observable minor scratch. I’m giving four stars, instead of five, for following reasons: - one day delay wrt estimated date and not communicating it in timely manner. I had to call up and figure out that it’s getting delayed. - the cost looks to be on higher end for minor painting work despite not charging for buffing work done near bonnet.
They were great! Got my car in and out within 5 days, and the repairs are very well done. Customer service was excellent, they truly care about their work. Service: Body & Trim
