I just moved to the area and needed a repair shop to fix a coolant leak for my Audi. I called up Precision Import and they got my car in same day. Took my 2017 Range Rover Autobiography here as suggested by a different mechanic who couldn’t repair the problem I was having. A diagnostic was completed by Precision Auto, what needed to be done and pricing was discussed and approved. Two days later my vehicle was returned to me in perfect running condition. The y even fixed an issue I had with the Auto stop/start. I prefer taking my 22-year young Saab to Terry's Precision Imports because he's familiar with Saabs and getting Saab parts, is flexible with scheduling when my schedule changes, puts a fair price on labor, and is always kind and expeditious with staff serving my car's needs the same way as Terry serves me. As a result, I get in and out with a better driving car.
