Was passing through California when my cars shifting felt funny. I brought it to Harvey Auto Repair and was greeted by Byron. He was able to diagnose the problem and explained to me in details what was needed. This shop was not only affordable, but Byron was very attentive and respectful. Honest, Reasonable, upfront and knowledgeable. Took my 2016 Chevy Tahoe in with some transmission problems and they could have taken me for a new transmission. Instead, they were honest and told me I should go through the dealership I bought it from and since the Tahoe had less than 100k miles and see if it's covered under warranty. Went that route and it was all covered under the powertrain warranty. However they had a back up plan just in case the dealership said no on the warranty. I would 100 percent take all my cars back to them to work on in the future with any problems I come across. Thank you for being honest and saving me a few thousand dollars. Service: Transmission
