My significant other took her car there for brakes and rotors and so far no complaints. They pricing was fair too.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. I had a power steering issue, I thought it was going to be major repair, but only a minor repair (just a blown fuse)
Unfortunately I can’t put 0 stars . Worst customer service here in corona . never seem to get them on phone to make an appointment because they never answer, and when you show up for alignment that you’ve paid lifetime fee for already and a brake change, they tell you they’re too busy to so up another day with only 4 cars there! No people skills, definitely will not recommend firestone to anyone ! Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes
