Caliber Collision

This place is a joke. I took my company truck down with an appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment. I personally spoke with them last week and made the appointment. Progressive was also aware which didn't make a bit of difference. The girl that was trying to check in my vehicle was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a manager and he was just about as unprofessional. They both talked about dropping off the vehicle but nobody ever did anything. After about 20 minutes of nothing being done I left. If I could give them a "0" I would. The manager Jesse didn't do anything. He told me that I would have to take our lader racks off the vehicle. Which is untrue. They should be dealing with all aspects of the claim. They wasted my time, gas as well as the time and gas of the person that followed me to drop off the vehicle. They really should try to figure out what they are doing before the customer arrives not when they get there. They had no plan of action and it showed. I lef
