INTEGRITY you can trust! Brought my 2012 Acura MDX in for a brake service and oil change; also had an issue regarding a white "reverse" light not working... Lori and Pete did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the day; I left my vehicle at his shop. When the final bill was complete, there was zero charge for my reverse light. Pete found the light bulb loose and just re-attached it; no charge... Do you believe the dealership would have the integrity and character to tell you the same thing? About a year ago I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle (don't remember exactly which one since I own multiple cars) serviced there; was told to drop-off car in the morning and to pick up and end of day. Upon arriving at end of day I was told that due to excessive workload mechanic did not have time to service my vehicle. hah...basically wasted a whole day even though appointment was scheduled per shop protocol...OK, so I wanted to give them a second chance and today I scheduled another appointment to bring my honda in for a diagnostic. After scheduling appointment for the following morning, was given a phone call about an hour later to inform me that mechanic would not service my vehicle...hah? was given no reason other than to say that mechanic did not service my type of vehicle...very unprofessional to say the least!
