I took my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO BLACK to this collision center because it has 4.5 stars of 5 on March 30th of 2023. The communication between the collision center and me has been really poor, when I dropped my truck off they said they will call me with an update which they never did. Whenever I call them and actually reach someone that can help me, they always tell me someone will call me back in 30 minutes but that rarely happens or I will get a call back 3 hrs. later. They told me my truck was going be ready in 30 days. Its been 7 weeks and the truck is still not ready, Around week 6 they told me that it was going to be ready the following week but they would call to confirm, they never called. When I called them back they told me that the inventory person didn't order all the parts, apologized saying they did a mistake so the truck is going to be ready for the following week. Following week, never got a call or update, I called them back and they said the exact same thing, so n
