Pep Boys

I went to Pep Boys in Spring Valley to help me fix an oil leak in my car. And I must say that I am absolutely pleased with the customer service of the entire team at this location, especially from the front desk clerks Beto and Jaimes. They were all extremely friendly and went far and beyond to ensure my issue was solved correctly and in a timely fashion. I will definitely be coming back to this location for more services in the future. Thank you all again.

Love the convenience of being able to make appointments and receive service in a quick and reasonable time. All the workers at Pep Boys are friendly, respectful, and willing to help. They also occasionally have great deals with coupons if you look out for them. 5/5 stars for quality and great service!

My wife went into the store to have her tires check out. She went to another shop (not Pep boys) and was experiencing some problems. Fernando gave great service! He went and check her tires for her to make sure they were the right size. Fernando & the tech Claudio were very good with explaining the issue to my wife while providing excellent customer service. I come to this location all the time and haven’t had any issues. So of course I told my wife to come check out this location. She was blown away by the service and the issue was fixed and corrected. Fernando took the time to thoroughly explain the issue at hand & she appreciated. Great great service!
