These group of guys are awesome. Came to them to patch up my tire. Had it done in less than 20 min. Not like the other guys Pep Boys who said it would take two hours. Alberto Esqueda was kind courteous and very helpful always smiling.

These individuals know what they are doing and they are going to keep doing it until a stand is made, as I read some of the reviews all of it sounded so familiar, especially the review about the shock leaking...did they charge you $239 to replace a supposedly leaking warranted shock? Well thats what I was charged, that's right one (1) warranted shock and when I called them on it they claimed " no we installed two shocks yet the invoice says one shock no charge , labor $239 Then there are the struts they supposedly installed but forgot to do a wheel alignment, and the no heat issue I was charged $900 for and told its the thermostat and the water pump is leaking after $900 and four days later I google ( 2016 Mazda3 no heat) ....it was a five minute fix, to put an end to this there has to be some stiff penalties handed down by the judicial system and the only way that is going to happen is unity , My name is Lazarus Earvin and I've been duked I see a lot of you on here who have been tr

First Visit: I was treated very well here with my fiancee needing her catalytic converter and a couple other things replaced. I happen to know the owner and his manager went above and beyond to help serve us on a tight schedule. I plan to return for all my automotive repair needs. Second Visit: We had issues with our power steering pump and it was replaced and in good working order within a day. The cost was a bit of a surprise and timing wasn't great but they were very clear about the solution to the problem and went above and beyond our expectations once again. Third Visit: Just had our oil changed and power steering checked for leaks, and had a return hose replaced for a very reasonable price. They also quoted us on replacement of the control arms since the bushing was wearing down. Reasonable price all included, but we will just do the oil change and power steering hose, and return for the control arms sooner than later.
