All Time Auto Repair

First time I called to inquire about having them help me with my vehicle, phone was picked up quickly and they seemed enthusiastic to help me get everything fixed. Once I dropped the vehicle off everything changed, they never called with information about the issues when they said they would, they wouldn't answer the phone when I called (message system is left full, so you can't leave a message) They wanted me to do the research on all parts needed for the vehicle, after over two weeks from asking for a quote to replace the catalytic converter and not hearing one word, I went and picked up the vehicle to take it to a different mechanic, once at the other mechanics shop, the engine light was on, the very thing All Time Auto charged me over $300 to fix, not including the $125 to re-connect the ignition. I've brought my vehicle here a couple times now and it's nothing but quality service and timely repairs. I like the guys that work here too. Good people.
