Browning Collision CARSTAR

I went here under the guidance of the dealer who sold me the car , I regret not researching collision places a little more . The lack of communication does not inspire confidence that the job would be done correctly and the delays !!! They had my car for 6 weeks and returned it having done a decent job except there was a dent in the hood( the original work was for fender and door damage to a new mazda. They “fixed “ the hood but the experience overall all with this collision place was a huge let down. I would recommend going somewhere with better reputation and faster turnaround

Amazing customer service, detailed oriented, always informing the customer of progress of work on vehicle. Repairs and body work done on vehicle is great work. Car look practically new.

Great service! Note: The manager of CARSTAR needs to keep the front desk in the loop. My deductible was waived by AAA but the front desk was trying to charge me for the deductible. Turns out CARSTAR management received the email confirming that my deductible was waived but did not forward it to the front desk UNTIL after I waited and waited while the front desk got in touch with my AAA agent for the proof. My agent confirmed she had forwarded the proof weeks prior. Anyway, glad it’s over with and happy the deductible was indeed waived.
