Very rude customer service from sales team. I was out for a test drive before I book my 2024 grand highlander and the guy who spoke to us today, was so rude. Used words like it’s common sense you can’t test drive if it’s not available, instead of sorry it’s not available as it’s sold out . He could have been polite like Nino one of the representative whom I was working before. The management needs to educate more on how to be good to all at all time.
Scheduling an appointment was quick. fixed the issues regarding the recall my car had.
Overall I am very satisfied with my experiences at AutoNation. My advisor David Kwon was great!
