Great honest service car back on the road thank you
I had a great experience with Firestone in Brea. I called if I can make an appointment in the next 2 hours and they were able to accommodate me. I just bought new tires and needed alignment. Service was really great and Frank is friendly. Highly recommend coming here
Not one who normally leaves a review but the lack of service and courtesy at this place calls for it. Had an appointment to check a TPS sensor and was told it would take 30 minutes. Showed up at my appointment time and was told I had to leave my vehicle as they did not have enough people working. Please don’t overbook appointments and waste working people’s time if you’re not staffed for it. Predictable but still upsetting.
