5 Star Auto Service

I have an innate distrust of auto mechanics from my own ignorance around how cars work. That said, 5 Star Auto has always been super helpful, explain what’s wrong in a way I can understand, and have never tried to upsell me unnecessarily. Their prices are better than normal prices (I called around different places after getting my quote to verify that) and the team is friendly to work with. It can get busy, but give them a call to make sure they’re able to fit you in and you’ll be happy you did. They’re the shop I take my car to every time now. What can I say about 5 Star Auto service that their name doesn’t already tell you about them? From the start Fadi helped me over the phone and was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure my previous concerns of the car were valid before I brought it in to pay for their service so I didn’t waste any money. As far as the pricing for the work I needed done? Extremely fair, out of the 10 other places I called, Fadi quoted me WAY better than anyone else has. I decided to go forward with the work and it was quick, and they made sure to inform me and even show me what was wrong with the car and educate me on the systems of it. I cannot overstate the assistance and kindness extended to me and my needs. I needed tires to replace those that were damaged by a pot hole to my new car. The knowledge and experience they shared gave me the confidence in their recommendations for my needs. Definitely made a difference. Add to that a very good price... everyone wins!
