Excellent work. They are very busy and getting them to take the vehicle is a little hard and chaotic. But once that is done the rest goes very smoothly. Their initial estimates are very pessimistic and they always come in well under the initial time prediction. I've used this shop twice. The first time, despite communication issues, I was patient and got decent service. Second time, a nightmare. Car held for 4+ months, promised calls never came, repair costs ballooned, and they missed critical suspension damage. The cost of repairs have currently exceeded the replacement cost, and at this rate will exceed the cost of buying a brand new model Y. Incompetence or insurance fraud? Either way, avoid this place.
