I like the fact that NAPA employees are generally knowledgeable and or mechanically inclined and not just cashiers. You can expect higher quality parts and they have a good inventory of bolts, nuts, hardware and tractor/machinery parts as well.
I bought a sensor from Napa and when I got home and installed the sensor i had found out that it didn’t work, so I had tried to return it, but apparently you can not returned “installed” items, but how are you supposed to find out if the sensor you just bought is supposed to work without installing it? That makes no sense, but apparently Napa doesn’t care about screwing its customers out of money, they didn’t even offer to replace the bad sensor that they had sold me. I’ll take my business elsewhere
