We went in to have our radiator replaced, later, our car overheated in Ventura County, we were told the radiator Innercity installed was defective, we called innercity to let them know about the defective radiator, Josh at Innercity told us for us to make a claim we would have to bring in the car, being we were out of town, it would have cost a fortune to have the car towed to Beaumont, Josh said maybe we can work something out. Finally, we had the radiator replaced in Ventura. Later, we brought defective radiator to Innercity, Josh said he would make a claim with vendor and pay us back, after 3 weeks he said he would pay us and only paid us a fraction of of what we paid for radiator, he then said he would give us more later when he got more money from vendor. This whole incident was very sketchy, who pays a claim in installments.

Trustworthy mechanics that always keep me in the loop while work is being done. They take pictures of replacements parts and are always fair on price. I will continue to bring my vehicles here to see Josh and Omar.
