Very nice and friendly service. Dropped off a flat tire in the morning picked up afternoon, no appointment was required.

Been having issues with my car starting lately, so I requested an appointment online the night before. Arrived before opening and still waited in line. When told about my appointment, Roger replies, "we're looking at end of day service for online appointments." Wanted to ask why you'd even offer the option but didn't expect much of an answer. Quoted $175 for a "non-start diagnostic" but assured the cost would be waived if nothing is found. Left my key and hoped for the best. Got a call about an hour and a half later from Roger saying that the tech didn't find anything besides a loose battery cable, which was tightened and confirmed no other issue. Roger said it would just be $175 when I return. When I arrived, I reminded Roger of the offer to waive charges and was cut off immediately to be told that "they did find something." I asked if just tightening a bolt was worth $175 and he looked offended. I said I'd be more than happy to pay for a legitimate issue like a bad starter or alterna

Initial experience was good for a motor mount. For some reason I had to keep refusing their suggestions to get a firestone credit card. When I went to pick up my car, mechanics were looking and laughing at me after I refused their expensive services over the phone. These guys wanted to upsell me $1500 for new tires I didn’t need, and to replace a master cylinder I also didn’t need. I got my tire plugged for free up the street and bled my brakes at home with a purpose-built one-way valve bottle from Amazon. Now I’ve got a solid brake pedal and saved $1500. I wonder why I couldn’t just get my brakes bled though. Somehow that request resulted in a full brake inspection for a potential brake flush which led to a $650 quote for a new master cylinder. A second opinion could save you hundreds! I feel sorry for the people they’re able to take advantage of with their vehicle inspections. Beware!
