America's Tire

Sat at the air check for about 10 minutes before I got out of my car (bright blue)to ask for help with about 6 people in the shop not 1 soul said a thing to me until I got out of my car. Alex was the only one who was working hard and stopped what he was doing to help me. The shop was NOT that busy!!!!

America’s tire is probably the best customer service I ever had. When I first walked in, I was greeted and told that they will be with me shortly. As I was waiting, I was greeted by every employee that walked by. I had an appointment for 9am and they saw me promptly. Judd was the excellent employee who walked me through the process and definitely made me feel like I was being taken care of. He was reassuring, informative, and easy to talk to. I normally go to the dealership for my car needs but I will never go anywhere else other than America’s tire starting now for my tire needs.I highly recommend this business and this location. I was highly impressed.

There are employees who speak not only English. Everything is explained in an accessible and understandable way. Professionals in their field, fix and eliminate everything. I’m happy!
