FIrst time customer, I came in on Saterday and Will was extremely helpful to me regarding my RAV4 and the work that needed to be done. I appriciated the conversation and the friendly service.

I saw this place had 5 stars on a list of places that would honor my warrenty I purchased with my vehicle... and I have to say that this place definitely deserves 5 stars! They do everything right... they review your appointment request, they find your warrenty and call them, they do a 60 point inspection to see if anything else might need attention or how long until something needs further care... they call me once a day with updates, and they have made servicing my vehicle a dream as compared to the nightmare I had with Coastline Chrysler. Think twice before you decide to use this service!!! Replacement of Steering pump, Brake and Transmission oil for Honda Accord was $2,000.00. They charge three times and more for parts then you can buy elsewhere, so be careful and check price on the Web before you accept any work there.
