Renato is amazing. I always feel like he's family, and he will take great care of me no matter the problem. He can diagnose and fix any issue with the lowest cost for me. The service is incomparable . This shop is more than a shop. The atmosphere is warm and honest the work is by far better than any place around . I am a satisfied customer. When I leave this shop I know the work has been done by a certified Mercedes benz mechanic who is honest .The integrity the owners have is enough to keep me coming back even to stop by and say hello. Recently had the pleasure of bringing my 17’ C43 in for scheduled maintenance and I could not be more satisfied with the level of service. I brought my car in at 2pm without an appointment and Renato had it ready for me to pick up by 4pm the same day. He also saved me around $800 based on the quote I received from the dealer.
