Pep Boys

Been to Pep Boys across the country, usually prompt and thorough this time they were unable to find my previous work/purchase history on the computer. It is in my profile when I logged in before making this appointment. I've used PepBoys at two other states in addition to my home state California. I like their hazard coverage on the tires that I have purchased from them. I'm on my third set of tires (not bad just worn out we drive many road trips). The hazard warranty has been used several times this past year in my road trips. I suggest you keep a copy of your receipt of your tire purchase/warranty hazard plan(highly recommend as it pays for itself) as the other states also were not able to bring up my history. They did honor the warranty to repair/replace my flat tires. Overall will keep with them for tires and basic services.

I have been going to Pep Boys service department in Aliso Viejo for years. I'm glad that after the Pep Boys parts divestiture, that most or the service staff was retained. I have quite often worked with Giovanni...he is great to work with. This service center has been able to solve my brake problems that the Toyota service center couldn't seem to fix.

I like going to Pep Boys because they are usually more affordable than going to a dealership, and they always do their work in a timely manner. I was helped out by Ross, and he did an amazing job of communicating 1) what services I should keep in mind for the my car (depending on its mileage for my specific type of car) and 2) what each would cost me. I was charged a little more than what was quoted, so that's why I took off one star, but I understand that Ross is newer, and my overall experience was great.
