On my third visit to service a routine tire pressure sensor I left after 2 hours waiting for someone to take action. Very slow service, poor customer awareness, employees seem to value everything else over delighting a customer. The staff had no clue how long a “simple” repair was going to take so I get to sit in the hot parking lot searching for shade. Don’t trust their marketing materials proclaiming to “want your trust”. Trust is earned and this is certainly no way to do that! Across the parking lot is Tucker Tires, I will be going there tomorrow…
