The owner Shane & his team have serviced several different kind of cars, belonging to our family, perfectly. Having been in the car business myself for over 30 years I'm extremely picky when it comes to choosing an automobile repair shop. The service writer Austin is a great communicator, humble and pleasant to say the least. Prices are very fair and the service is top-notch. The shop could not be more highly recommended by us.
I have a 2018 Ford Escape, and the fan for the ac/heater was only working on Max. My local Ford dealer said I'd have to leave it for a couple of days! No thanks. I showed up at AV Auto Service at 12 with no appointment. Shane quickly diagnosed the problem and called the parts store for a Blower Motor Resistor. It took a couple hours for the part to arrive, and by 4pm Ralph had it replaced and Austin had me checked out and on my way. These guys are awesome! Super service! Btw, when you go, remember to bring Shane a Hot Wheels car for his collection. He likes the exotics. Service: Electrical
