This was the first time I’ve ever had to claim any “accident” on my insurance for my car *knock on wood* Everything was stressful, except working with Vanderpool’s. From the moment I walked in they were professional, courteous and kind. They let me know where they were with my car every step of the way. The visual damage my car had wasn’t as bad as it could have been from someone backing into me, but the artists at Vanderpool’s made sure my car looked brand new. I say artists because those guys recreated a masterpiece with my car. The attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve never had to take my car to a body shop before so I’m not sure if it’s normal, but they washed and vacuumed my car as well! When I picked up my vehicle it was like I was driving away in a new car. I will recommend this shop a thousand times over. Thank you Vanderpool’s!

I couldn’t believe how great the customer service was here! Our newer 4Runner had gotten in an accident, we got the car back within a week! When we picked it up, there was a precollision light on. So we hastily brought it back. The vehicle had to go to the dealership to get recalibrated, so they brought it there for us, offered to pay for a rental and gas money, and the next day drove it all the way to our house in Vail, with a full tank of gas.
