Friendly staff. Called came in was out in an hour. New tire . Need tire under 164 balanced road installed. Gabriel and John are awesome!!!

I brought my car in on 12/26 to fix a flat, was told the a large piece of metal that I ran over damaged the tire and it needed to be replaced completely. $200 later, I drove my car the rest of the day and noticed that it was very wobbly when driving. I brought it back on 12/27, they said the weights were off, apologized for inconvenience, said they fixed it, and gave me my car back. It was still wobbly when I drove it home. And what's very suspicious is that I noticed that the individual who drove my car into Firestone's garage had unplugged my dashcam! Did they even work on it at all and are trying to hide the fact that they didn't do anything?? Super shady. I was scared to bring it back a third time, so I brought it to the north side location where they properly balanced it very quickly even though they were short staffed.

Very easy to schedule an appointment on the app/online, was able to pick only the services i needed, was able to address specific areas of concern on car to be inspected, they wernt over booked, explained all the work i needed done in a way i understood it all, fast, in and out service while still giving my car inspection the attention to details i needed. Very couteous, and knowledgeable staff
