Quick, honest, and no back and forth. I usually go to shops expecting a fight and seeing as I just moved here I had to find a new shop but I got nothing of what I expected. Pam even got said they would try to get my car done the same day and John delivered. I had to get my radiator replaced. Believe the near 5 star review! They earn it!
Have taken my cars here a number of times. They charge fair prices, they know their stuff, but mostly, they are a trustworthy shop. I brought in a Toyota because I was sure the brakes were shot. They found out the brakes were noisy but otherwise fine. Easily could have charged for a full brake job and didn’t. I trust this shop. On top of all that, they are super nice folks! This is exactly what a shop should be! Thanks!
Montgomery Automotive is the only place I would trust to take my vehicle. John and Pamela care about each customer and you will get honesty from them. I have never had better service anywhere else.
