I had extensive body, suspension, paint and other repair on my Chevy Colorado Z71. Communication was awesome, repairs were done to finest detail. Suspension, new frame, body and paint. They even did some additional detail not expected!!! The culture within this team is amazing and it shows from top to bottom. They even dropped off my truck when I couldn't pick it up myself. They dealt with the insurance company and handled it all. I have been in the service industry for 30 yrs "retired" and I have never experienced anything like this from anyone else. Had some paint work done under an insurance claim a few years ago. Started having issues with the paint on the roof that was done by this company. Been trying to get in touch with them for almost a month now. Sent numerous emails, left multiple voicemails and even spoke to a lady at one time who took name and number and stated that she would pass it along to one of the guys that would be handling the warranty stuff. Was informed by them in the only email I got from them that the paint work they do has a lifetime warranty on it as long as I own the vehicle. Well I cannot get anyone to take the call or call me back and no one will respond to emails. Unfortunately with my schedule I am not able to really get over there during the day. Very unprofessional. At this point it seems like they are avoiding it because it’s warranty work so it seems that their warranty is bogus being they are not holding up their end of the process being they cannot call someone back or email anyone back. This shop has exceptional service. The staff was super friendly and I'm satisfied with their timely work! Would definitely go back to them if I need to again in the future
