I knew my car was going to be expensive to maintain, and I wasn't happy about it. Monsoon Automotive took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explain everything in detail. They really seemed to care about getting my car fixed accurately, and quickly. They were on the ball from start to finish. I will always take my car here going forward. They even offered me an Uber to come pick my car up, which not a lot of places are going to do. They gained a life long customer in me, and I will be throwing their name out anytime someone asks. I tried out Monsoon Automotive on Tanque Verde after a couple negative experiences at Big Brand Tire. Monsoon was amazing! They were friendly, professional, and quick, even with me dropping the car off and not having an appointment. They have gained a new customer!
