My BMW 440i needed an oil change service. This was the first required maintenance since the factory warranty expired. I wanted to try something different than the Dealership. I had forgotten what genuine customer service was like! The owners, Curtis and Kelly, were in the front of the office and involved in the business. They are not afraid to introduce themselves and say hello. The service manager, Chris is personable and listens attentively to your requests. The shop was busy, all bays full and lots of stuff going on. I had an appointment, so work began at the time scheduled. Which was very important to me. My car was repaired out of town after a rear-end collision 2 and ½ years ago. When I got the car back to town, I took it to the dealership for an inspection to ensure all repairs were satisfactory. They are quite fair, easy to schedule, timely, know their autos (and Chris has a wicked sense of humor;) They only work on a few makes, but if you're lucky enough to own one, you'll be lucky when you discover this Tucson gem. During a road trip, our BMW suddenly displayed a Drive Train error. We immediately contacted several BMW shops, including Tucson BMW and Group One Motorwerks, to diagnose the issue.
