Jack Furrier Tire and Auto Care

Made an appointment for noon. Waited for 2 hours and they hadn't touched my car. Apperently the guy I spoke with on the phone (who had been working there for 10 years) put me down as a drop off, which nobody told me for 2 HOURS. Assistant Manager did not care whatsoever, and told me while I was walking out that I should have specified over the phone whether I was dropping off or making an appointment. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and a waste of 2 hours on my day off.

James and his crew are the best. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because their customer service can not be beat.

I ran into an issue with a nail in my rental car’s tire and still had to drive back to Phoenix from Tucson. We called around looking for someone and the store manager was friendly and professional and had us drop in to check things out. We stopped in and they were able to get things looked at and fixed within the hour! They totally saved my bacon because the rental company could only tow the car back but since there wasn’t a local branch they didn’t have other options. I can’t express how thankful I am for this store and if anyone is looking for a place where there are honest, good people to help take care of your car, look no further!
