I want to start by saying this shop has some of the best customer service and nicest people out of any shop I've been too. If that was what they were being judged on solely then it would have been an easy 5/5. The reason its not though is because I brought in my vehicle to be inspected for a vibration, which I assumed was a need for an alignment. They checked it over and said everything was fine except I needed new rear brake pads and my rear pinion seal was leaking. Well I got under the truck right after that to see how bad the rear pinion was leaking and noticed that I was missing a driveshaft bolt and another one was on the edge of falling out. Replaced them and fixed my vibration. I get that everyone has bad days but not noticing something that major, especially considering they noticed the rear pinion seal (which is right next to where the differential mounts up) is a little bit disappointing for me. Ms. Mary came highly recommended by someone at the Auto Hobby Shop on base. I concur that they are knowledgeable and skilled in fixing cars.
