This was my first time there and I found them to be professional, yet down to earth, were very knowledgeable and did excellent work. I found Don was a truly exceptional service advisor who went far above and beyond and I appreciated him very much. They were very pleasant. Didn't pressure me to have other maintenance done on my Jeep. It was worth the wait getting my oil change and tire rotation. I will definitely be returning. I like how they have a shuttle to and from home.

We have started using Borst, for both vehicles, in lieu of dealership due to cost savings. Of course some things we still need to go to dealership for ie. recalls or lifetime brake pads. They’re close and in the neighborhood and have a small shop feel, however, they’ve grown considerably and could definitely use a larger location.
