Excellent service and repair of my cherry 96 Ford Ranger Ranger fuel pump. . . While I was extremely pleased with Shawn and the rapid mechanical repair of my 20 year old pickup, I was astonished with the cost of the repair for which 20 years ago I would have paid 1/4 the repair fee. I guess times have changed even for these older vehicles!! However, Shawn, my service rep, showed me the original fuel pump and explained what transpired to repair the vehicle. I usually don’t leave reviews but my goodness was this the most fast, sufficient, friendly place I have ever gone too! They have a tracker where you can see what’s being done on your car & when! They also made it the easiest process to leave your car & offer you a shuttle back to where you need. A 10/10 I recommend. But most of all I want to give a big personal thank you to Shawn who helped me with my services, he cares about his job & gets it done

I did find everyone to be helpful and professional. The door to door service was fantastic. The price quoted for windshield wipers was a bit inflated even though it was stated labor was free. I saved $30.00 leaving Borst the same day going to Auto Zone buying quality wipers and having them install them for free per their policy.
