They have a very clean Shop. They diagnosed and repaired our car! The manager was very clear on the repairs. It was an electrical issue with the lights and windows. Definitely recommend this repair facility to my friends and family!
Ive Been a customer with Bill Nelson for 17 years and never had a issue with the work or Communication! ***NOW UNDER NEW OWNERS*** I brought my 04 silverado in Monday for a check engine light and A/C check. A week later There has been no communication, the following Tuesday I called to check on the truck and to ask for Bill Nelson and Derek had informed me bill sold it to MPG auto motive . I told Derek there has been no communication and I need my Vehicle for work asap so we proceeded with the work I Got my truck back the following day Wensday, Derek tells me all it needed was an oil change, I take it home changed the oil and the Check engine light did not clear. I called Derek and informed him that my Check engine light was still on. Derek said bring it back in and he'll take care of it. 2 weeks go by and they said they couldn't find what's wrong with it .
